WordPress login issue

    My website was working as usual, today suddenly when i was trying to login my wordpress dashboard, it cannot login, it does not show that my login password and username is incorrect but show the login screen again and again. so for this i have to reset my password and it login once but on website dashboard bar cannot appear. I disable plugins change themes but does not work to me. Secondly for every time i have to reset my password if i want to change theme, install plugin or whatever but for every time i have to change my password and its login once.

    I need help please

    if you revert to twenty ten and you disable your plugins and you still get the error.Re install WordPress.Backup your database first.

    ps.try with another browser first and clear your cache.
