[Plugin: List category posts] "List Category Post" plugin CUSTOM FIELD???

hi,

I want to add my ‘ShareThis’ widget (Twitter, Facebook, etc) to the bottom of each blog post on my website :

I’m using the ‘list category post’ plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/list-category-posts/)

BUT – I can’t figure out how to get the CUSTOM FIELD shortcode for my ShareThis (Twitter, Facebook, etc) plugin that appears below individual posts on their own pages :
