Use paginate_links in single-[post_type].php

    Hi,
    I want to use paginate_links function in a single-[post_type].php theme file to paginate a list of child pages.
    I ended up with this:

    PASTEBIN

    This works only when the permalink structure is turned off. When the permalinks are turned on the links are displayed
    [base]/[post_type]/[post_name]/page/2/ but when I try to access the page I get redirected to [base]/[post_type]/[post_name]
