[Plugin: JW Player for WordPress – Flash & HTML5 Video Player] only outputting shortcode

getting super frustrated here hopefully someone can help – trying to load youtube videos but its only outputting the short code. all other plugins on site are disabled. trying two different versions of the shortcode:

[wp-jw-player src=”http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3ZitXa5wm0″ width=”400″ height=”350″]

and

[jwplayer src=”http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3ZitXa5wm0″ width=”400″ height=”350″]

as ive seen both used in different documentation/forum posts and dont know which is correct/neither work. ive also toggled all the different shortcode settings but still no video.
