Search plugin request

Hi,
I’m building a car site and was wondering if someone would like to make a fairly basic plugin/widget for us? We’ll pay the person who does it, obviously. It’s not a very difficult plugin that we’re after, it’s just out of my reach to make myself.

The plugin needs to be able to sort categories, and THEN sort tags. Basically, we need three drop down boxes:

One with the make of car (which we have as categories), then a second box which then somehow comes up with all the tags associated with the category selected from the first box. i.e. Toyota, then, Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla, etc would come up in the second box. It would be great if we had the option to include the post count as well in the drop down options.

Then a third sort-by box, incorporating a number of options, such as state/post code – these will also be categories.

The best way to be able to configure the category drop-down boxes (the 1st and 3rd box) would to simply have the option to exclude category IDs. Like many available search plugins out there now.

The plugin would then sit as a widget in the sidebar.

Seriously appreciate any help or advice.
