[Plugin: WP-Activity] Blacklisting issue

When an IP address is blacklisted by the system and they attempt to login in again it lists the attempts in the frontend. All it shows is a broken image and the time the attempt was made.

The image is pointing here: wp-content/plugins/wp-activity/img/ACCESS_DENIED.png but there doesn’t appear to be an image there. I suppose if the image displayed what was happening and you added the IP address of who was being blocked it would be more understandable.

I have one additional request. On the front end “Recent Activity” could it say “User has logged in – ” instead of “User has logged.” The current way makes it sound like the user has gone offline at that time when in reality that is when they successfully connected.
