[Plugin: Online Backup for WordPress] I can't download my backups

    Hi,

    I’m trying to generate snapshots and all of them fail. I’ve tried with several dates. My website files are totally corrupted on the web server and just one of the backups of previous days would help me solve the problem, but I can’t get them.

    The steps I follow:
    1) Login on https://wordpress.backup-technology.com
    2) Click on Backups (menu on the left) and click on my blog
    3) Select a date for the snapshot (e.g. Yesterday 8.30 am) and click generate.

    I get the following outcome:
    Date Requested Snapshot Date Total Size Status
    Today, 5.02 pm Yesterday, 8.30 am 62.71 MiB An unknown failure occurred. If the issue persists, please contact support. Delete

    Hi Robert,

    Try again now. There was an issue a few days ago that was resolved with some generations. Do you know the date and time you last tried too in GMT? I can check to see if there was anything happening that day.
