[Plugin: Comprehensive Google Map Plugin] Blurry, image scaled?

Hey there,

since in the pictures on the plugin site it looks okay, I a not so sure this is a general problem of the plugin:

My maps are blurry. For me, it looks like this is.tiff, where it should look like this should.tiff.
The plugin page itself can be found here – in case it only looks that way for me.

Does anybody also have the problem, consider it a problem and/or have an idea to solve it?

Okay, thanks. I reported the problem to apple, seems to be a Safari issue. Looks good on Windows Phone 7 for me to.

I am on Mac, and I am running Lion with latest Safari, Chrome and FF – its all good for me

Strange, even after disabling all extensions the problem is there for me. But at least the good news is it works for my visitors, so thank you for the info. I do not really get into finding the origin now… maybe Apple comes up with something.

Hello all,

We’ve tested this on Comprehensive Google Map Plugin v7.0.28 with various browsers and only IE9 (Internet Explorer 9) is currently giving blur picture however if you use compatibility mode (e.g. IE6) the picture is fine! Either the plugin or IE9 need to adjust something however overall to date this is one of the best Google Maps WordPress plugin we’ve used.

this is not exactly true, i get the same with Safari 5.1.5 on a OS X 10.7.3 machine – though these seem to be not the only necessary preconditions…

Very strange that different people are having different outcome. Hopefully our feedback will help the developer(s) to address these minor issues.
