does a text ratings plugin exist?

I am looking for a text based ratings plugin for posts/forums/etc.
It would have the ability for the admin to add new rating options.
Possibly even have multiple lists of text rating options and select which to use for certain content types (posts/post comments/forum topics/forum comments/etc).

example text rating options on a forum topic:
– Great Contribution
– Interesting
– OK
– ZZzzz…

and possible offer alternative text rating options for each reply to the original topic. Example:
– On-Topic
– Off-Topic
