• Hey guys,

    I just uploaded my new website. http://www.grimau.be

    I installed the contact Form 7 plugin, but I did insert the form into a template file

    <?php echo do_shortcode('[contact-form-7 id="147" title="Contact form 1"]');?>

    I tested the site today, and I don’t know why, NOTHING works.
    I tried to send an email, I click “send” and nothing happens, it just reloads the page and I don’t receive the email.

    There is no confirmation message nor error message on the page.

    And even, I tried to send the email without a word in the text area (which I marked with a *) and it doesn’t stop me from sending.
    I already tried to delete it and re-install the plugin, nothing changes…

    Can you guys please help me with this ?

    Thank you so much for your answer !

  • Whenever I have used contact form 7 all I have needed to do was simply create a new wordpress page and copy the tiny bit of bracket stuff into the body of the post and click “publish page”

    [contact-form 1 "Contact form 1"] – that’s it usually.

    Yeah I know,

    but it didn’t work as I wanted… I found a tutorial somewhere explaining the PHP echo thing.

    Anyway the form display fine, so I don’t think it could be the problem as it is well displayed.

    It just doesn’t work…

    Did you get this resolved or did you use another contact form plugin? I’m having the same issue. Nothing happens on mine, even after I send. It just sits there, nothing new/nothing different.
