    Some times helps to refresh the url right before you setup the page ID. The original fotobook scared me a little when the page-ID change won’t refresh.

    Another solution from Fotobook:
    Your plugin is authorized for your domain, URL and installation path. If you change any of those, you have to re-authorize it.

    Go to your facebook page, Apps, and remove/delete/disallow Fotobook app.
    Then start over in the settings panel.

    I’m glad to see all errors are not from my jQuery implementation 🙂
