  • When using a responsive theme, you should define logo or text in the CSS file instead of the header.php file.

k, ima a looser because I have no idea how to do this…Ive been reading a ton, but most instructions just say “do this”…

Can you tell me what/how to define??

Sorry, I was simply saying to change the CSS file, in your case the #site-title

try to remove the #site-title img style from your child theme style.css – and see if you like that effect better.

Thanks for the suggestion, that centered everything, but removed the wallpaper…

    what wallpaper ?

as this is a formatting problem (not related to WordPress functions) I suggest you keep trying different styles, and possibly use a tool such as Firebug http://getfirebug.com/ in a narrowed down browser window (to get some of the effects that would show on a handheld device) to further investigate the css.

meant to say background, not wallpaper.

I thought one of the selling points of twentyeleven was the fact that it was adaptable when viewing different display sizes
