[Plugin: Image Rotator Widget] Suggestions for the author

in addition to changes suggested by Naoise Golden Santos -> here

1)Should be offered the opportunity to enter a custom title to the widget!

2)Also, I found that the upload goes in loops and are cloned several pictures with a single instance.

3)You could also add a vertical scroll, than the linear one.

However, it is a good job of departure, thanks 😉
