trackbacks in 2.0.3

Sorry for another for another thread about trackback problems.

I just upgraded to 2.0.3 and I cannot send or receive trackbacks or pingbacks. When I originally installed 2.0.2 a few weeks ago, I know trackbacks worked (I never really tested pingbacks). Since then, after modifying the site, installing a bunch of plugins and then updating to 2.0.3, trackbacks and pingbacks don’t work.

I have tried using the trackback test site at:

http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/TestTrack

And I’ve had no luck there. I’ve also set up a temporary wordpress.com account and had that successfully trackback the test site and vice versa. So, I know I’m not doing it wrong. I’m not sending both a pingback and trackback in one post.

I have tested this with “Attempt to notify any Weblogs linked to from the article” both enabled and disabled. And of course, I have “Allow link notifications from other Weblogs” enabled.

I am hosted with http://www.hostrocket.com and at this point I don’t know if it’s an issue with hosting or not. I have tried both self-trackbacks and self-pingbacks and neither worked.

I’m at a loss with what to do next. I would genuinely love to be able to use this feature of wordpress so any help would be much appreciated. Please let me know if I can provide any more information to be able to help fix this problem.
