question on site wide tags

the scenario: i have a main site in which displays content it pulls from its sub-sites (using the sitewide tags plugin)

if all the sub-sites are set to not allow google to search for them but the posts are pulled to the main site (which google is allowed to search the main site page) what will be the overall outcome?

will visitors be pulled to the main site by content displayed there, even though the sub-sites are set to not allow google indexing?
