I installed Carrington Mobile 1.2, but I still get the message on individual sites on my multisite network that I don’t have a compatible mobile theme installed.

In which directory did you install the new version? themes/carrington-mobile/ or themes/carrington-mobile-1.2/ ? If the latter, please change the dir name.
