[Plugin: Paid Downloads] Downloads 0 byte files

    Great plug-in – just one problem. The download links download a file that is 0 bytes. WordPress 3.3.1 and plugin 3.12

    I can see the files on GoDaddy and download from there – no problem. When I use the plugin to generate a link or someone buys the file, they get a link but a zero byte file is downloaded.

    Files are around 20-30MB each. Any help would be appreciated.

    I also have this problem- but the files aren’t 0 MB, they are just empty zip or winrar files, even though they weren’t when I upload them. If I don’t zip them, the files become corrupted and still won’t open in their respective program…

    Same problem here. My 1.3GB .mov file is 0 GB.

    Any ideas?

    Try to switch off any caching plugins.

    Does the download link that is generated support resume download functionality? And are the correct headers being set?
