Odd "linkscent" code being added to Blog Posts

I was working on a client’s site today and notice that several of their new blog posts have a large block of code located at the end of the post. Here is the code that I saw on the three most recent blog posts:

I tried doing a few searches for “linkscent” and couldn’t come up with any information. I did however see that the exact block of code appears on 2200+ sites.

Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have any indication as to what it could be? I want to gather a bit more info before I let my client know that they could potentially have a virus.
