New Plugin – Latest Post From Each Category

This plugin displays a list of the latest post from each category of your WordPress installation. It can be added to a post or page, or used directly in a template file. The categories are listed alphabetically, and you can choose to show the date after each post and select the date format. Other options may be added in the future.
