audio plugin no display newbie need help

my audio plugin not working and i am getting frusted………

and i have followed the instructions i put the code in the post and nothing shows….nothing i even sett ever file writable. the plugin got activited but still now anvil…plz help and i am a beginninger here is the site its the first post
