I am new to wordpress and I have come across a problem I was hoping someone could help me out with.
I am using the twenty-ten theme and I am creating a website based on user submitted content. I have customized my comment form by editing the comment-template file in wp, and after finishing editing the comment form, uploaded comments came up as regular text (as I wanted).
I downloaded the WordPress SEO by Yoast and now the comments appear as hyperlinks to a url in the form .com/page/#comment-id (which I do not want). I deleted the SEO plugin and the problem persists. I was hoping someone could either tell me where the settings are to disable that feature in the plugin or direct me to the particular part of the code that is causing the linked comment.
