[Plugin: Form Lightbox] Not working on Frontend

I seem to have everything working in the backend, but on the frontend when I click the link (that seemed to work fine in the content editor, and put in the correct shortcode) on the front end nothing happens. It is supposed to be a gravity form, but nothing pops-up at all… nothing.

The link is displaying on the frontend, so i know the shortcode is working, just no pop-up at all when it’s clicked.

Have any ideas?
