[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] create a tweet -twitter – for each new event ?

Hi,
Did someone succeed in creating a new tweet (twitter) when creating a new event ? If yes, which plugin do you use ?
Twitter-tools seems not to do it, or I was not able to have it run for new events (only for posts).
