[Plugin: WordPress eCommerce – MarketPress] How can a user of my network change his/her theme?

Hi! When a user of my network wants to change the theme of his/her site, will he/she be redirected to the wordpress dashboard, or can he/she change things like the theme through a template designer in the website itself? I’m thinking about something like the Blogger template designer, simple and easy to use.
