Complete Mess | WORDPRESS EXPERT ONLY

Hello,

Im in rather big problem, so I was running wordpress on Hostgator for a while, but because of increasing numbers of visitors I had to switch to something better:

1 x PosiCloud VPS (768 RAM, 2 core, 30gb disk)

And here is the thing, it wasnt better, the problems started at beggining, things like I wasnt was able to install plugins and themes trough the interface, and had to manually upload them to FTP and then enable them in plugins, which doesnt seem like a big deal, but can really work on nervs, they said it is like that because of the security reasons, if someone could clarify that I would be glad (I really dont like beign cheated)

They transfered the wordpress installation from Hostgator, and then the problems started to happening, server was “Shut downing” it self all the time, almost for no reason, I uploaded a file trough FTP like a plugin for example or .css file, and server is dead and I had to go and restart it! is it normal behaviour ?

Later on I wasnt was able to even upload files, now this hosting company told us that it is the website fault not their server, and so they did put our wordpress in “Dev mode” and they try to figureout whats wrong, it is like that since monday, and I was planning the launch on first of march!

If you guys have any idea what might have been causing these “shutdowns” or the inability of uploading stuff trough wordpress web interface or to fix the login issues, I would be really glad if you could help!

– user avatar
– white label branding
– wp-super-cache

and just to clarify only one captha was “Active” at the same time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The untold pressure on myself has come apparent especially as we’re relaunching this for March 1st.
