Adding side bar navigation to Colorway Theme

Hi: Would someone be so kind as to help a newbie?

I use Coloway for my current site, rapidresultsinsitute.info, I have 7 tabs going across the top which contain pull down menus of their contents. These have all been created as pages.

When you select the tab on top, I would like the contents of such to display down the left side of the page as a menu instead of pull down menus from the top..

Is this possible? If so, how do you do it? Please understand that I have very limited knowledge of code.
