    I am setting up a new website and the domain name is hosted with a different provider (no website yet).

    WP is installed in /home/vineline/public_html via the Cpanel using the IP address. http://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx/cpanel

    Tried logging into the admin panel via http://xxx.xx.xxx.xxx/wp-admin however am getting a “can’t connect to the server” message.

    How do I access the wp admin panel in this situation?
