[Plugin: Share Buttons by Lockerz / AddToAny] Stopped Displaying after Update

After having selected to show the sharing buttons at the top of posts, we’re not seeing the sharing buttons on our site.

We use the Genesis Parent Theme on both sites, and see that this site (WP v3.3) (AddToAny v.9.9.9.5) does display the sharing buttons correctly.
