    Yes.

    Enter the link and optionally a tooltiptext on the Photo Albums -> Manage albums -> Edit (the album where the thumb is in) … scrolldown to the photo, in the fields: Link url and Link title.

    Then check in the Photo Albums -> Settings page Table VI item 2c: PS Overrule.
