Importing WordPress.com Followers

    I’m about to move my WordPress.com blog over to a self-hosted WordPress blog and I’m worried that I might lose my WordPress.com followers. I have nearly 300 and its taken a while to get them – how do I import them into the new self-hosted version of my blog?

    I also have some email subscribers too – if any one has details of how to keep them it would really help!
