[gallery] shortcode – Problem with browsing images once iframe appears

Hello. I’m wondering if anyone could lend some advice.

I used the generic [gallery] shortcode to display the gallery, and in my experience if you click on a gallery image and the popup/iframe appears, you are typically able to navigate to the right to see the next image. But in this instance, the frame keeps refreshing with the same exact image (so scrolling to the next image).

I’ve reached out to the theme developer but he’s been a little MIA lately. Any advice would be appreciated.
