Add READ MORE to Archive's you want

Hi all,
I’m using WP on http://www.tonerkonicaminolta.ro
I want to add “Read more” button here, in this Archive category http://tonerkonicaminolta.ro/category/copiatoare

But, I don’t want to appear the same Read more here: http://tonerkonicaminolta.ro/category/chipuri-toner

What I want to do exactly is to add Read more just for one Archive Category… It is possible? And how?
