[Plugin: Category and Page Icons] Not working with WP-Cumulus plugin

Whenever I activate the Category and Page Icons plugin, the plugin WP-Cumulus (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-cumulus/) stops displaying the tag cloud.

Any ideas about what could be causing this conflict?
