• I’ve looked and haven’t found the information I’m looking for because I don’t know if it exists.

Does NextGen have a feature to do the following or is there a plugin to do it?

I want to create a page which consists of a grid of thumbnails, just like a gallery works, except that each thumbnail links to a gallery page instead of to the full-sized image. I’m working on a site which will have 10 galleries, so I want 10 thumbnails on the home page, with each linking to the associated gallery.

Coding this up in a page is easy to do, so I am not asking for suggestions on how code a page to do it.

I simply want to know if there’s a plugin or if NextGen has the feature and I missed it.

  • You could use an album for it. Albums are collection of galleries, so I guess that is pretty much what you need. Otherwise I read your question wrong, which entirely possible.
