• Hello,
I’d love some input if anyone has used the ecommerce plugin called OrderStorm- what has been your experience.
    All information about this welcome.
Also, anyone using Ecwid from the same firm that makes Xcart?
All info on Ecwid – how it is working features etc.

these are the features I want with a plugin for commerce

    Search-engine Friendliness
    PCI Compliant Hosting & Security
    Up-selling & Cross-selling Features
    Product Review Features
    Flexible Pricing Management
(allows you to set-up affiliate pricing, accepts coupon codes, allows for quantity-based pricing and has tax-exempt support
    Robust Catalog Management
offering a bulk import/export of your catalog. the solution also offers product cloning to simplify catalog additions, automatic resizing of your product images and has some strong inventory management capabilities such as letting you set minimum quantities and identify backordered items)
    Solid Analytics & Reporting

    Integrated Shipping
(markup shipping rate-quotes by a percentage or by a flat amount)
    Product Feed Support
(upload to shopping comparison sites (aka “shopping engines”) such as Shopzilla, Shopping.com, Google Product Search, etc. and that will allow you to create multiple product feeds for each comparison engine)
    and finally:
    Gift Certificate/Wishlist Features

  • OrderStorm does not have this entire list of features built into their WordPress plugin but they routinely build custom features for enterprise customers and can add whatever you need depending on your budget.
