VoucherPress PDF/Voucher "not found" when clicking link | WordPress.org

Need help with VoucherPress!! Created a voucher and put it on the page… but when you click to download the voucher, I get a blank page that says “Sorry, that item was not found” (it isn’t a 404 page, though). Link to my voucher is:

I’m running the latest version of WP (3.3.1).
Anyone have any ideas? I’d really love to use this plugin – as it is just what the client is looking for. HELP?!

Were you able to solve this? I have the same problem, the plugin works 100% on my local test site but I keep getting a “Sorry, that item was not found” error on the live site

I found the fix. All the editable fields must filled in. Take a look here

Sorry about this, I’ll make sure in the next version of VoucherPress that it allows non-mandatory fields to be left empty without breaking the download.
