[Plugin: Tabbed Sidebar Widgets] Broken on certain pages

Works great on my homepage, but on individual pages, it seems to break. I’m not quite sure if it’s a conflict with an existing thing on my site specifically, or if it’s a problem with the plugin. Could you help troubleshoot, please? I would greatly appreciate it.
