[Plugin: EG-Attachments] Icon missing in editor bar

    Hello,

    I’ve installed and activated the plugin, but the icon for inserting the shortcode is missing in the editor bar (visual mode).

    Adding the shortcode manually ([attachments]) in a post containing a couple of attachments (.ppt, .pdf) doesn’t seem to have any effect 🙁

    I can edit EG-Attachment settings and I’ve tried many configurations.

    If I activate “Show metabox to display list of attachments of the current post/page” the metabox shows on the editing screen but it doesn’t show any attachment.

    Any ideas?
