WordPress Fatal Error/Execution Time when adding data to a LARGE menu

    I have a rather LARGE menu and tonight I was adding some new data to it and now when I try to add, OR DELETE stuff from the menu, I get a “Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/username/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 66” with the exact file varying.

    There is another post with this issue here but it is closed. It is the exact same issue, but the OP never came back with a resolution.

    Where in WP can I increase this Fatal Error 30 second limit temporarily, or is this assigned in php.ini with my Hosting?
