[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] More granular role control

On my website, I want to be the only one that can create albums, upload photos etc pretty much anywhere.

However, I want to have one album, inside which users can create their own albums. Each user can handle his/her own album…naming, uploading photos etc, without messing other people’s work. Also, they should be able to create albums within albums, etc.

Is this possible?

If so, then can this be done without showing them the whole WordPress interface? Can they get their album creation, photo upload stuff done from the *frontend* itself (just like in bbpress forum contributors never need to see the backend)
