• Hi, I am trying to set up Super Cache on a Dreamhost shared server, and having trouble getting it to work right. I’ve been checking out some of the past forum hints and official troubleshooting steps on the subject without luck.

The wp-content/cache/supercache directory is suffering from the classic problem of creating empty directories. I’m not sure how to change this. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Here’s my setup: PHP 5.3, not in safe mode, I’m running without FastCGI, and it looks like I have about 90MB RAM to work with. Pages eventually load, but they don’t seem cached all the time, unless I’ve just visited them recently.

(I posted this earlier but forgot the proper bracket notation in the subject line.)
