Problem with tags

    I have problem with tags. In one post I have one tag which is no assigned to that post in database. I also noticed that one term in wp_terms table is marked as post_tag nad as well as category in wp_term_taxonomy table and from that point in wp_term_taxonomy table each row has different values in term_taxonomy_id and term_id columns. So could it be that one term is post_tag and category at the same time and values in term_taxonomy_id and term_id columns are different? could it be a cause of my tag related problem?
