TwentyEleven theme – removing ALL iPad scripts

I have removed the “viewport” tag from the header, but still, my background image and background color are gone, and a few divs are shrunk down. Benn looking for hours and can’t find anything. It looks fine on an iPhone, I’m ready to throw my machine out of the window.
