• Hi folks. I’ve been trying to set up a WordPressed version of an accommodation portal that I run. I’m able to set up the Custom Post Type for Listings and the separate Custom Taxonomies for “Province” (eg. Eastern Cape, Free State etc.) and “Type” (Hotel, Guest House, B&B etc.).

The hurdle I’m stuck at is if the user has selected all the listings for a certain location for example “Eastern Cape” and all the listings show, is how to get only “Types” for the “Eastern Cape” so for example all “Hotels” in “Eastern Cape” . At the moment if i have the types as a menu and they select that, they end up getting all “Hotels” for all South Africa and not just the Eastern Cape.

Not sure if I’m making sense. Guess I’m looking for multiple taxonomy search capability. So that accommodation seekers can seek by “Province”, “Type” and maybe even a 3rd taxonomy “Rate”.

Any advice, plugins, tutorials to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. As I’m not a PHP or SQL pro, been battling for months. I need to get my portal WordPressed as soon as possible. Thanks.
