  • Hi Den,

The plugin itself is not a trial. The Plugin will work on all existing PHP Live! systems. Just the new PHP Live! account that is being created through the plugin has a 10 day expiration.

    Hope this clarifies the confusion.

and what will happen after the 10 day expiration? obviously this is just like any other live chat plugins that have a trial period of few days and then requires you to purchase full version. I visited the plugin site as well and it clearly asks you to purchase ‘on-demand’ package after the trail period! If this is true and after 10 days I am asked to purchase an account, I will report this plugin. Because the description is clearly misleading

    Hi Tracersa,

The plugin is free, but the service does expire after the trial period. You can choose to uninstall the software or switch to the live On Demand version. There is no indication on the description that the live chat account is free. In the future we may offer a special WordPress version.

The plugin to enable the live chat is a free system, similar to other live chat plugins.
