[Theme: zBench] HTML Validator errors and Disqus support

    Thanks for the theme – really great.

    A couple of issues I picked up:
    – ‘<span id=”gotocomments”>’ results in HTML validator errors: ‘ID “gotocomments” already defined’ — this can be resolved by changing the span to a class instead of the id.

    – There should be some support for the goto-comments/add-comments to jump to the Disqus anchor – i.e. the following don’t anchor when Disqus is installed: ‘<span id=”addcomment”><a href=”#dsq-comments-title” …’
