Plugin and its pages deleted, can't get the pages back!

So I deleted a plugin and then the pages that came with it.
I reinstalled the plugin, but the pages won’t come back with it!
The first time, the pages were automatically created when I installed the plugin.

What do I do to get the pages back with the plugin?
I keep trying to uninstall then reinstall the plugin but that does not make the pages come back.

(it is the wp ecommerce plugin with the “products page” and its sub checkout, order confirmation, ect. pages)
