    Anyone know how to automatically remove or archive past events?
    There isn’t an auto way, it has to be developed and executed every X hours with the help of WP cron.

    Anyone know how to get the widget for this plugin to display and excerpt?
    Edit the following file: app/view/agenda-widget.php

    Is it possible to have agenda-widget.php overwritten from child theme either through functions.php or through custom template overwrite of somesort?

    There is a theme engine that is coming in the next version which will allow you exactly that.
