First try deactivating and reactivating your contact form 7 plugin.
Clear the cache if you use those plugins.

Thanks for your reply. I only tried to move the form up above the address on the page and then move it back down again. So no clue how this could have happened.
So deactivate the contact form 7 plugin – I think I can do that lol
then clear my cache?

Ah right. Whats on your contact page now then? Something messed up in the code when you moved it.
Take out your contact form short code first (which is something like this):
[contact-form-7 id="469" title="Contact form 1"]
Get your contact page back to what you want, then paste the short code back in.
Or you might just be able to choose a previous revision of your ‘contact us’ page.
Thanks but I moved the page back to how I wanted it and pasted the code back in, still the same and unfortunately I cant restore to a previous version.
