# 707 Permissions

 * I normally have folders set to 755 except for ‘uploads’ being set to 775… and
   then files set to 644. I find this all seems to happen automatically on most 
   WordPress sites that I set up regardless of who they’re hosted with.
 * However on a job I’m currently working on the permissions are much different,
   I think something to do with the hosting account itself (defaults perhaps).
 * On this one, files are set to 604 and folders (including uploads) are all set
   to 707.
 * Does this sound secure or should I switch the permissions to what I normally 
   have?

 * Hmm I tried setting wp-admin to 700 as the article suggests (from what I understand?)
   but then it doesn’t allow me to login to wp-admin in my browser
 * Is this normal?
